Anne Singer discovered her love of art on a trip to Paris in 2011 and began a journey of art education in oil painting in 2012. She has has now extended her work into pastels as well. She is a member of the Maryland Society of Portrait Painters, the Maryland Pastel Society, the Mid-Atlantic Plein Air Painters Association, the Working Artists Forum, the Portrait Society of America, and the Oil Painters of America.
